Privacy Policy

1. Company Information

This Privacy Policy applies to Adsome Intelligence, operated by Stromberg Media AB (org.nr 559387-6591), a Swedish company registered in Stockholm. Contact: carl@adsome.io

2. What We Collect

We collect and process the following data:

• Google OAuth identity — your name, email address, and profile picture, used to authenticate your account.
• Meta ad account data — campaign metrics, spend data, impressions, clicks, and conversion data accessed via the Meta Marketing API on behalf of your connected ad accounts.
• Usage data — basic interaction data to operate the platform (e.g., which account is selected, session state).

3. How We Use It

All collected data is used exclusively to operate the Adsome Intelligence platform — enabling you to view, manage, and report on Meta advertising campaigns for your clients. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating this service.

4. Data Retention

Account and ad data is retained for 90 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Meta ad account data with any third parties. Data is processed solely within the Adsome Intelligence platform operated by Stromberg Media AB.

6. Meta Platform Data

Adsome Intelligence accesses Meta ad account data via the Meta Marketing API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request permissions necessary to operate the platform (ads_read, ads_management, business_management). Meta platform data is not transferred to any other service or used for any purpose other than displaying it within this platform.

7. Your GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. We do not store passwords. Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed in client-side code.
