By accessing Adsome Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. This service is operated by Stromberg Media AB (org.nr 559387-6591), Stockholm, Sweden. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adsome Intelligence is a Meta Ads management platform that enables agencies and advertisers to view, manage, and report on Meta advertising campaigns. The service integrates with Meta's Marketing API to read and write advertising data on behalf of authorised users.
You may only use Adsome Intelligence for lawful purposes and in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with others.
This service uses the Meta Marketing API. By using Adsome Intelligence, you acknowledge that your use of the platform is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Advertising Standards. Stromberg Media AB is responsible for ensuring the platform complies with these terms.
Adsome Intelligence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stromberg Media AB does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from the Meta API will be accurate or complete. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Stromberg Media AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including advertising spend decisions made based on data displayed in the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
